1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Gambition.com's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Services

Gambition.com provides technology infrastructure licensing for gaming platforms. We are a technology provider only and do not operate gambling services. Our services include:

• Perpetual IP license for gaming platform software
• Source code transfer and documentation
• Technical support services
• Platform customization services

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary licenses, permits, and regulatory approvals required to operate gaming services in their jurisdictions. We do not provide legal, compliance, or licensing advice.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon completion of payment, clients receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and deploy the platform software. The license is subject to the terms outlined in the License Agreement.

5. Payment Terms

All fees are due as specified in the purchase agreement. We offer payment plans for the initial license fee. Support renewals are billed annually.

6. Limitation of Liability

Gambition.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
