Clients who license our technology are solely responsible for:

• Obtaining all necessary gambling licenses and permits
• Maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations
• Ensuring legal operation in their target jurisdictions
• Implementing required responsible gambling measures
• Meeting all anti-money laundering (AML) requirements
• Adhering to know-your-customer (KYC) obligations

3. No Legal or Compliance Advice

Gambition.com does not provide legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. We strongly recommend that all clients engage qualified legal counsel familiar with gambling regulations in their target jurisdictions before launching any gaming operations.

4. Jurisdictional Considerations

We reserve the right to decline service to any party. Our qualification process evaluates:

6. Termination Rights

We reserve the right to terminate support services if a client loses their gambling license or operates in violation of applicable laws. The perpetual code license remains intact, but we are not obligated to support unlicensed operations.
